Sami came to the United States as a foreign student to attend college, graduating with degrees in Political Science and Business. He has been active in the insurance business for over thirty years, starting as an agent in Miami, Florida, and spending the last sixteen years in financial services management. Sami has been married for over thirty years to his college sweetheart, Jeana. They have three grown children and are long-term residents of Central Florida.
